Melon Meat! We love watermelon in this house, and even though we are a small household, we can polish one off in a week's time. It's a little early for farmer's markets melons, but a few have made their appearance, and we are taking advantage. Over the winter months, watermelon is the first summer fruit I crave. When everything is dead and grey and I can't bear the sight of another orange, I wish for these beauties and their summer smell.
